Congratulations to Ron Fellows and JR Motorsports for their win at the NAPA Auto Parts 200 in Montreal! The Go Daddy #5 Chevrolet was able to capitalize on this win due to a combination of pit strategy and the race ending early. The 74 lap race was officially called after 49 laps of completion and cautions due to adverse weather.

While climbing from his racecar Ron Fellows stated the following: "That was difficult. We've had a little bit of that over in France with the Corvette at Le Mans. But this was good fun. Now I've got to make Dale Jr. let me run next week in Watkins Glen.” Ron Fellows is a successful road course, two time class winner in the LeMans Series.

JR Motorsports has #2 in the NNS win column - the first win was at the Federated Auto Parts 300 in Nashville with the US Navy #88 Chevrolet driven by Brad Keselowski. When will the next win come? Could it be at the Zippo 200 in Watkins Glen with Jr. behind the wheel? We will just have to stay tuned and see how JR Motorsports prevails in the next few races.

Until next time…

Additional Race Notes:
-Marcus Ambrose (#59) served a drive through penalty for pit road speeding (entering/exiting)
-Brad Keselowski dropped to #3 in the point standings/Carl Edwards moved to the #2 spot
-Joey Logano (#20) was running 4th under caution, hydroplaned and crashed into the guardrail
-Jacques Villeneuve (#32) ran into the back of Alex Garcia (#98) due to visibility issues
-There were pit stops that lasted 30 - 40 seconds due to the heavy rainfall
