ARCA RE/MAX Series rookie Matt Carter became ARCA's seventh winner of the season in as many races capturing the Hantz Group 200 trophy on Sunday afternoon at Toledo Speedway. Driving Larry Clement's #46 Ford, Carter survived a series of late race restarts, including a last lap challenge from Patrick Sheltra for the race win.

Dexter Bean was leading when the race was red-flagged for rain, and was said to be doing the rain-dance during the delay, but fortunately the race was able to restart. Bean put up a good fight racing side by side with Matt Carter but eventually surrendered the race lead to Carter. With less than 10 laps to go Patrick Sheltra slipped by Bean, pushing Bean back to finish the race 3rd.

Justin Allgaier finished 4th ahead of Sprint Cup driver David Ragan who traveled to Toledo after competing in the All Star Race festivities at Charlotte on Saturday night.
