Speed, Stenhouse Jr., and Allgaier Chat During Driver Introductions
Scott Speed was the Aaron's lap leader of the race leading 35 laps of the 80 lap event, but it was Justin Allgaier who led the most important lap, the final one. The win was Allgaier's first Superspeedway win of his career, a win that he described as "the biggest race of his career".

Allgaier's Smokin' Burnout
The race was slowed by 7 cautions, the last one setting up a two lap sprint to the finish in which Allgaier held off a hard charging Speed on the final restart to capture the win. Speed who finished the race 2nd, moved into 1st place in points after a late race caution with 7 laps to go took out points leader Ricky Stenhouse Jr relagating him to a 30th place finish.

The Field Coming in For Pit Stops
A 3-car crash on lap 68 brought the red flag. The backstretch crash involved Dexter Bean, Frank Kimmel, and Brian Scott. Scott was able to drive away from the crash, but Bean and Kimmel were examined at the infield care center. Bean was released, but Kimmel was sent to the Lehigh Valley Medical Center for observation. Kimmel was released on Sunday morning to the care of his primary physician in Indiana, and is now back home, even making a trip to the shop to help unload the wrecked car from Pocono.

Kimmel's Wrecked Car
